We would like to express our sincere gratitude to
Mr. & Mrs. Paul & Cammie Beckert and
Camelot Homes for hosting the Better Together campaign at their beautiful White Horse Community this past weekend. Families heard from Great Hearts leadership about school funding and the progress of our capital campaign, while touring the breathtaking, award-winning models of Camelot Homes. We appreciate your support!

here for further Better Together information.
EXCITING NEWS!
We have reached $1 million in our Better Together Capital Campaign! Every single dollar raised has been from current Scottsdale Prep and Archway Scottsdale families. This is an important benchmark as we continue down the path to complete our K-12 Great Hearts Scottsdale forever home.

Re-Enrollment 2019-2020 Enrollment Tab on Scottsdale Website!
The 2019-2020 Re-Enrollment portal for currently enrolled Scottsdale Prep students will continue thru March 29th. We would like to make this process easier on our families this year and will dedicate parking spaces marked in the front of SPA for parents turning in their student's Re-Enrollment packets from 7:45am-8:15am and 2:30pm-4:00pm. Parents dropping off their packets in the afternoon are welcome to pick up their students in the front foyer.
NEW THIS YEAR.....Morning Curbside Service!! Admin parking spaces will be reserved for parents that have signed up for before school appointments. Weather permitting a table will be set up outside for parents to have their student's Re-Enrollment Packets reviewed by staff. If unable to find a parking space please keep in mind that the right side of the building is available for parking. Thank you!
In order to ensure that all documents in the packet are completed, we ask that parents carefully review the checklist, submit a copy of their residency documentation, and verify all required signature pages have been signed prior to their appointment.
The process will involve the following steps:
- Log in to the enrollment Parent Portal using your email address and password.
- Please click this link to create/update your password if needed.
- Once in the enrollment Parent Portal, please click on the RE-ENROLL NOW button on the right.
- Select your student/s and click on the green START RE-ENROLLMENT button.
- Answer all questions, download the packet, and print out your re-enrollment packet one sided only.
- Sign appropriate pages
- Include a copy of AZ residency supporting documentation
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each student you are re-enrolling.
- Finally, sign up to turn in your student's completed re-enrollment packet to SPA front office.
- Parents may drop off completed re-enrollment packets prior to the start of school and after school each day.
