End-Of-Year Events Coming Up At Amana:

Please note updated change: we will be moving forward with continuing classes in-person and live on May 13th. Students from 3rd-8th grade not taking Milestones will have access to asynchronous classes. As always, please make sure that you are completing the Attendance Form if your child is absent from school.


Documenting Attendance During Religious Holidays

When students are absent due to a religious holiday, they are excused- but it still count as an absence. Parents need to complete the online form for the absence to be excused.

Last Day of School & Community Circle Info:


The last day of school at Amana Academy will be Wednesday, May 26th. As always, we will have a half-day, and all students will be dismissed at 1:00pm.

Along with class celebrations, students will also take part in Whole School Community Circle on the last day of school.

  • Kindergarten-4th Grade: Community Circle at 10:00am
  • 5th-8th Grade: Community Circle at 10:30am

Ages 7-9
Mon-Fri, one-hour programs, offer the ideal amount of time for academic summer enrichment.

Ages 10-12
Kids ages 10-12 love creating & programming their own games.

5) Machine Learning (ages 10-11)

Ages 11-13
Students ages 11-13 are at the perfect age to advance their skills using the world's most commonly used programming languages.

Alif Institute Summer Arabic Program

Fulton County Offering Rent Assistance


Eligible Fulton County residents living outside the City of Atlanta can apply for emergency assistance for rent and utilities (water, gas, power) resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 Reporting for ALL Amana Families


ALL AMANA FAMILIES - whether your child is returning Virtually OR F2F - are expected to fill out this COVID-19 Reporting Form if your Amana student fits into one or more of these categories:

  • Has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 15 days
  • Currently waiting for the results of a test for COVID-19
  • Has been in close contact (within 6 feet for at least 15 mins) in the past 15 days with someone diagnosed with COVID-19

If your child meets any of the above criteria or is ill or unwell: DO NOT send your students to school until you have spoken with Amana’s clinician (Ms. Fowler).
