"A person's sexuality is so much more than one word 'gay'.
No one refers to anyone as just 'hetero' because that doesn't say anything. Sexual identity is broader than a label.

Art Call: Strength in Softness
Deadline: March 10
Art pieces are soft. Most of the time they are just light beams that hit the retina. They are hung in the museum, in the gallery, and, undoubtedly, also in our Center; they are left in the warehouse; they are abandoned in garbage fill. The context changes, but the passive nature of art doesn't change. How can something so soft, so subtle, and so delicate make any statement? How can art showcase any strength?
The theme of this exhibition is "Strength in Softness". Submit your art by sending it to [email protected] (please title your email subject as "Art Call"). All mediums are welcome. Chosen submissions will be displayed in the center during the Spring Quarter. Awards ranging from $10-$30 will also be provided.
