Greetings!

Yoga for Life's Online Classes are settling into an almost comfortable routine. Who would have thought it possible? And NOW what do we do?

One very positive benefit of a virtual format is welcoming regularly attending students from Colorado, Wisconsin, Kansas, Virginia and South Carolina, as well as from other parts of North Carolina. We're so glad all of you have joined us and we hope you will invite others. You are truly a blessing!

Along with circulating the schedule for the remainder of Yoga for Life's second month of Online Classes (below), we also have a few exciting thoughts to share.

First, on Tuesday, May 26, Yoga for Life is planning a Virtual Inventory Sale. More details will be distributed over the weekend, but this will offer a perfect opportunity to purchase yoga props, meditation supports, water bottles, T-shirts, books, body products and more ... all at deep discounts. And for Online Class Subscribers at any level, the discounts will be even greater! Keep an eye on your Inbox for information about how to participate.

Second, since the virtual format we're currently using offers ultimate flexibility, wouldn't it be fun and helpful to have additional options for quick online classes/events/gatherings? They don't need to be regular weekly classes or full 2-hour workshops. Would you attend a 30-minute pop-up that offers tools for improving sleep? How about a basic skills review on meditation? Maybe a short term yoga book club? Or a purely social gathering? If you let us know your current need (or your heart's desire), we'll do our best to support you.

Finally, how about a field trip or two? We took a Yoga for Life group to Housatonic, MA last Friday to enjoy an early morning pranayama class with Rudy Peirce. Such fun! Let's do more of that! Where shall we go next?

Let's squeeze every bit of practice, beauty and community we can out of the precious moments we are now living. As we become more skilled with virtual experiences, we can also become more adventuresome. Where would you like to go? What would you like to learn? Write and let us know ... let's do it together!

Can't wait to see you again!

Namaste'
