We are excited to share with you the third issue of Charity in Motion , our digital newsletter designed to keep friends of the SC Community connected to the mission and ministries of the Sisters of Charity.   We soon welcome the Season of Lent. During these weeks we encourage you to join us in reflecting on recent words of Pope Francis related to the challenges of contemporary immigration . We will use the following themes over the course of the weeks to determine our shared response to welcome, to protect, to promote and to integrate the immigrants of today, pondering what Jesus would do. Pope Francis’ thoughts will be shared each Monday on our SC Facebook page. Plan to join us, bringing your generous heart and reflective spirit.
