I am proud to lead our TMA Philadelphia/Wilmington chapter in 2019. As we look ahead, our Chapter will continue to provide quality educational and social programming to our members.
It's people like you that help organize and support these incredible programs, one of the many reasons our Chapter thrives. This year, I encourage you to join one of our Chapter's many committees, submit an idea for a future event, or write an article for the Journal of Corporate Renewal.
Together, we are part of the TMA Global network of 80 chapters worldwide with 9,000 members from all disciplines within the turnaround space. There is an opportunity for every one of our members to become more involved, including the next generation of leaders (NextGen), women leaders (TMA NOW), and philanthropy endeavors.

I am pleased to be serving as the Vice President of Membership Development for our Chapter this year. In this role, we are undertaking several initiatives to ensure that our Chapter not only retains its existing members but attracts others in the professional community to join TMA. A big help in carrying out these initiatives is the newly-created Membership Development Committee.

This includes increased joint events, improved procedures for reaching out to new members and "members only" events that will reinforce the value of TMA membership.
Please also keep a look out for our upcoming membership survey. We ask that you take a few minutes to complete this survey on your TMA membership, event preferences, etc. We hope to further tailor our initiatives and events to suit your professional needs and grow our Chapter.
