Necessary Skills
Volunteer Opportunity

Life Hacks: Interviews, Resumes and Credit Skills is the Chamber Education Committee's program for high schoolers that helps students develop better skills for college and career readiness. The event takes place on Thursday, March 7 from 6 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at Northgate High School. Students will participate in three sessions: a mock interview, allowing them to get a feel for the interview experience; a session to help them develop strong resumes, and a session which discusses the principles of building and maintaining good credit. We are looking to partner with local business representatives the assist with the mock interviews for the high school students. This is a prime opportunity for students to learn what they can do to stand out in this competitive process. The sessions will operate on a rotation, so you will conduct mock interviews for three different sessions.

If you are interested in participating or would like additional information, please contact Nicky Henzie [email protected].
