This Friday - Downtown Omaha Cleanup
Orangetheory Fitness Downtown

Science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired workout designed to produce results from the inside out – giving people a longer, more vibrant life.

During our heart-rate based HIIT workout, your coach will guide you through our 5 different heart rate zones: resting, easy, challenging, uncomfortable and All Out, telling you when to push harder and when to pull back for recovery. The goal is to spend 12 minutes or more with your heart rate elevated in “The Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories.

Sunday 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Mon–Fri 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
#DIDuknow the Omaha Downtown Improvement District (DID) has a partnership with arborist Jack Phillips & The Naturalist School to overhaul the Downtown trees program. Inventory was done on dead or diseased trees that needed to be removed by the City. Once cut down, the Omaha DID removed the stumps and prepared the bed for plantings either with a new tree or flowers. New tree species are black oak, red oak, white oak, and bur oak. All trees planted were grown from wild, local, native acorns collected by members of The Naturalist School. #DowntownOmaha #ODIDA #Omaha
