Release Date Changes for Two Recently Announced Pricing Options
CalHFA's additional interest rate pricing options will become effective Friday, March 15, 2019, a slight delay from the initial dates announced in Program Bulletin 2019-06 and Program Bulletin 2019-08. These pricing options will be posted on CalHFA's interest rate page and the lender will be able to lock in MAS.
The following Program Bulletins will still be effective this Friday, March 1, 2019:
