Who's your supehero???
Who’s YOUR superhero…Superman, Wonder Woman, a local police officer, a military veteran, a cancer survivor? We all have at least one favorite hero, so grab your cape and come run with us on Saturday, February 15th!

The 1 mile fun run will begin at 8:00 AM, the 5K and 8K will begin at 8:30 AM. The race will take place on beautiful River Road in Orange Park, with EPIC adventures along the way.

We expect over 700 runners and 25 sponsor booths. The 5K/8K Superhero Run is the perfect race for serious runners looking to improve times (a great training run for the Gate) and for runners looking for a FUN event with live music, plenty of hero costumes, and an exciting runner’s village. The course is a certified 5K and 8K course. Technical shirts will be given to all participants, and custom designed finisher medals will be presented to all 5K/8K finishers at the finish line. Age group and overall awards will be presented to 8K finishers.

All proceeds from the Superhero Run benefit Grace's financial aid program. This is a super fun, family friendly morning, open to the community so invite your friends, neighbors, and family to come run (or walk) with us!

Grace families can save $5 on each 5K and 8K registration by using the code GRACE2020 when they register before January 31st.

Artists of the Week | Amazing Talents
Congratualtions to the new Artists of the Week from Mrs. Taylor's 5th grade class Hannah and Zach. They each used pencil to draw a beautiful and realistic self-portrait. We focused on proportion and value in these drawings. Nice work, kids!
Clement and Riley from the Kindergarten class are the Artists of the Week for Preschool and Kindergarten. They painted these cute owls in Art. They used different objects to show texture in their paintings. So creative!
Calling All Superheroes! | It's an EPIC adventure!
We're looking for new community partners! We are deep in the planning stages of the 5K/8K Superhero Run. If you or your business is interested in being involed, partnering with Grace is the best way to do it! The 5K/8K Superhero Run will be held on River Road in Orange Park on Saturday, February 15th, 2020. All proceeds from the race benefit Grace's financial aid program. This is an amazing community event that draws between 800-1000 people to our campus.

Here are some fast facts for you:
•Last year's run had 722 registered runners.
•42 local businesses and community organizations partnered together to support the Superhero Run.
•Together we raised approximately $20,000 to supplement Grace's financial aid program.
•Roughly 38% of Grace students receive financial aid from Grace.

**PLUS** You could have your company logo and a link to your business website at the bottom of every Eagle Extras! That's pretty great PR!
