Amy's Story:
Amy, a single mother to a 6-year-old daughter with autism, called IPM after the toy and food distribution.
Amy shared, "I just wanted you to know how amazing your event was yesterday. The entire day was just wonderful.
"My daughter and I aren't able to get out of the house very often. She has so many sensory issues that it makes it hard for her to go many places. But yesterday was so awesome.
"My daughter picked a game called, 'Don't Step in Llama Poop,' which was absolutely perfect for her, because it challenged her to wear a blindfold and play with playdough. She played with the game ALL DAY! It was amazing.
"Not only did we get groceries and toys, I drove around the corner and saw that there were also COVID vaccinations available. I knew I was there for an even bigger purpose, because I have been WAITING for an opportunity to get my shot.
"Tears were streaming down my face. I really felt God's presence. Thank you IPM, for always blessing our family. You are an amazing resource in our community."
