Entering the 21st Century Together (Bye, Bye Fax!)
Effective March 1, 2020, behavioral health services must be submitted through the Qualitrac portal. Mountain-Pacific and Telligen will no longer accept faxed, mailed or emailed requests unless a provider seeks and is granted an exemption from the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. If you wish to seek an exemption, please contact Jackie Jandt at (406) 444-9656 or at jjandt@mt.gov .
Please note this exception: Faxed requests for the first continued stay review for a Children's Mental Health Bureau (CMHB) or ASAM 3.1 service not previously reviewed through Qualitrac will be accepted via fax (1-833-574-0650) on and after March 1. Remember to include the following:
  • Completed appropriate continued stay review form for the service you are requesting (Forms can be found on our website.)
  • All relevant clinical documentation/records that support the request

Subsequent continued stay review requests should be submitted through the Qualitrac portal. For more information, please reference this provider notice.
