This period can be a challenging time for you and your business as you finalise the financials for your accountants, auditors.

We've created a checklist that will guide you through the process:
YEAR END PREPARATION
POST YEAR END PROCESS
1. Would you like to enable the 13th period?

2. If you make use of the inventory, have you processed your Year End stock take/count inventory?

3. If you use the multi-currency, have you run your Foreign Currency revaluation?

4. Have you ensured all batches have been updated or placed on hold?

5. Do You have a Retained Income account?

6. Have you checked your company dataset for any data errors?

7. Print financial reports, detailed ledger and age analysis for customers and suppliers. All other reports for the accounts you require for your year end reporting.

8. If you use Iron Tree or Online Backup for you backups, have you contacted them to ensure the current company is included?
1. Are the new financial period correct?

2. Have you run the data integrity check?

3. Have you added and activate the company datasets?

4. Have you removed any documents placed on hold?

5. If you use Iron Tree for your backups, have you contacted them to ensure the new company is included?

6. Print Financial Reports, Detailed ledger for, customer and supplier age analysis all accounts, and periods, reports to ensure current balances have been moved last year.
