Falling for those Autumn Activities
As fall begins to push summer out of the spot light, to make room for cooler weather and shorter nights, it brings the start of the holiday season with it. This past weekend my wife and I took our kids (5 & 3) to a new Pumpkin Patch here in the Arcata Bottoms called Huddies Harvest. We were pleasantly surprised with this new patch, being that a handful of the other local patches weren't in operation in this year. You can find it at 3364 Foster Ave in Arcata and they are open Thursday - Sunday 10a - 6p. They had a great selection of pumpkins when we went last weekend and they also have a corn maze for some extra entertainment!

  • New listings have dropped down from 50 last week to this weeks 40.

  • Pendings also came down 26 from last weeks 58 to this weeks 32.

  • 42 properties closed escrow this week, coming down from last weeks 59.
