Keith Stremmel returns to be our lesson instructor/DJ on Saturday, February 15th, at
Ivy Creek United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
Keith is a full-time dance professional who has been dancing since 1999 and teaching since 2006. Keith does it all: West Coast Swing, Hustle, Nightclub 2-Step, Country 2-Step, etc. and we're excited to have him back at CSDS!
SCHEDULE:
7:00-8:00 pm Lesson (TBA)
8:00-11:00 pm Dance
ADMISSION:
$10 CSDS Members
$13 Non-CSDS Members
$5 Students (FT w/ID) & First-Time Attendees
$5 CSDS Members with February Birthdays :-)
Children 17 & Under are Free (childcare not provided)
PRIVATE LESSONS:
Keith is available for Private Lessons which are a great way to get personalized instruction. Take a lesson by yourself or with a friend or two to make it more affordable. Contact Keith to schedule yours!
Please wear either dance shoes or light-colored soles; whatever you wear must be non-marking!
CODE of CONDUCT:
Attendees of CSDS events are expected to be familiar with and abide by our
Code of Conduct.

In the event of inclement weather, we will post any schedule updates/changes on our

Celebration of Dance ~ Friday, Feb. 28th
Charlottesville Parks & Rec and the National Dance Foundation are hosting a Celebration of Dance event to promote National Dance Week, Friday, February 28th at 6 pm at the Carver Rec Center. CSDS will be participating this year as one of the showcased local dance groups, and we invite you to join us (more details to come)! There is also a
Poster Contest with prizes awarded for the best entry for the topic: What does dance look like? Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at the event on February 28th. Entry deadline is February 10th. Any questions, contact

Helpers Wanted!
Would you enjoy free admission to a CSDS dance? CSDS is a non-profit organization and is 100% run by volunteers. It "takes a village" to host a dance. Volunteer Coordinator
Kristin Wenger is collecting names of CSDS members who would be willing to help out from time to time in exchange for free admission. We need helpers to set up, sit at the registration desk, clean up, or help with the snack table.
Let her know if you are interested. NO OBLIGATION REQUIRED. Thank you for helping to support your local dance club!
