Bill Snyder
"The Principles of Leadership & Achievement"
Bill Snyder became a coach in 1962. His career has spanned several decades, and included great successes. Bill is a 2 time Big 12 Champion, a 4 time Big 12 North Division Champion and has won many prestigious coach of the year awards including winning the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year Award twice. Bill spent the majority of his career as the coach of the football program at Kansas State University, and has amassed a 215-117-1 career record. Snyder is one of only a few coaches who have served as coach of the same program in a non-consecutive tenure. Bill has been a part of the teams 300th, 400th, and 500th all-time wins, and in recognition for all of his accomplishments, the football stadium for the university, Bill Snyder Family Football Stadium, is named in his and his family's honor.
