Welcome to the sunshine and to the sights, sounds, & scents of springtime! It's nice to get back outside and soak in that Vitamin D.   Please help us create a comfortable and healthy environment for everyone inside too.

We ask that people coming to Anasa not smoke right before class or wear body & hair products with fragrance. Even the smallest amount can impact people with asthma, allergies, and sensitivities in harmful ways and cause difficulty breathing, eye and throat irritation, migraine headaches, body aches, and more. Scented laundry products also travel with you on clothing.

Anasa yoga is Alameda County's only green-certified yoga studio and our fragrance-free policy contributes to protecting all beings. Being fragrance-free helps cultivate the yoga practice of ahimsa, or non-harming, in ways that show compassion for others while being consciously aware of living in harmony with the environment.  To learn more about how to be fragrance-free, visit East Bay Meditation Center's website for a list of personal and house cleaning products here.  Thank you EBMC!

Blessings to All,
