Dear Members,
As you are well-aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is affecting so much of our daily lives.  As an abundance of caution like most financial institutions, we will be moving all branch transactions to the drive-up only. Starting March 17, 2020, all lobbies will be closed in all branches until further notice . I just wanted to take a minute to reassure you that we are committed to being here for you – just like we always are. Our goal is to ensure the credit union services you depend on remain unaffected by the spread of the virus in our region, and we are working hard to make that happen. Your banking should continue to be easy, convenient, and available to you wherever you are and whenever you need it. Access to your money will remain safe and secure as it always has.

The health and wellbeing of our staff and members will always be our highest priority. We continue to monitor recommendations from the World Health Organization and both the state and federal Centers for Disease Control. In the meantime, your credit union is taking several precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our staff and members, including alternative handshaking, more frequent handwashing, use of hand sanitizers, and staff that are not feeling well, will be asked to stay home and seek medical care.

Our only request of our members is that if you have been exposed to someone showing symptoms of COVID-19, or if you are not feeling well, that you remain home and contact your doctor. The best way to limit the spread of this disease is to avoid human-to-human interaction with people who may be infected.

You are fortunate to belong to a credit union that has so many ways for you to access your accounts by using the following services:

  • Secure night drop deposit boxes at all branch locations
  • Online Banking/Mobile Banking/Online Bill Pay
  • Surcharge Free ATM-Statewide and Shared Branching-Nationwide
  • Loan and Deposit needs- please contact us at 1-800-326-6190

Please visit our website for more details on any of the above services or feel free to contact any of our staff and we will gladly provide you information or assist you in setting up any of these products.

Finally, if you or anyone in your family has been impacted by COVID-19 and need financial support, we are here to help. Our staff is ready to provide financial guidance and discuss solutions that may be available to you. Also, we want you to be aware of scams and misinformation designed to prey on fear and uncertainty. The best place to find the most accurate and up to date information is the CDC page or the Maine CDC page

We hope our ongoing support during these challenging times will provide you with some comfort. Thank you for your understanding with the additional protocols we have put in place. We will continue to keep you updated and contact you as circumstances change.

Sincerely,

Ryan G. Poulin
Chief Executive Officer
