2019 THEME

Dear Lovers of Claremont!

As you may have noticed, our 2019 Theme is "Spirit of Place".  You will see this as a recurring theme in our programs and events including our   Annual Awards Gala on Saturday, May 11th at the Padua Hills Theatre as well as our Annual Home Tour on Sunday, October 13th - Please Save the Dates!

This N ewsletter outlines some of the exciting programs and events coming up in our wonderfully and incredibly active community - A number of the programs relate to the Treasury of Claremont Music Initiative that Claremont Heritage is launching this year.  We look forward to seeing you and experiencing Claremont's unique cultural resources together.

In the next few days, look for a special Preservation Update coming to your inbox.  There are a number of significant development projects currently happening in Claremont and we seek to keep you informed and knowledgeable about what is going on, and also to give you an opportunity for your voice to be heard.

Claremont Heritage is an inclusive, community membership organization and your participation as a member, sponsor or volunteer helps to keep "Claremont's History Alive".

Our mission is
to advance, preserve and celebrate
the historic architectural, natural and cultural resources of the community through education, advocacy and collaboration.

If you aren't currently, please consider becoming a member today and add your voice to the conversation!

As Margaret Mead said: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
