Hired and Non-Owned Auto Insurance

Organizations that don't own company vehicles, may automatically think they don't need auto insurance. Nothing could be further from the truth! If you have employees or volunteers that drive their own vehicles
on behalf of your organization, for any reason, you can become responsible for auto claims. Situations where your organization may be responsible for damages can include:
  • Using their own vehicle to go to meetings
  • Using their own vehicle to go to the bank, the post office, or other errands
  • Using their own vehicle to provide the services offered by your organization
Hired & non-owned auto insurance (HNOA) is a highly misunderstood coverage and often gets put at the bottom of the insurance coverage priority list.

The Race for Home 5k Run - May 6th, 2018

HOME.  It's not just a building.  It is a place of belonging.  A place of safety where families support, nurture, and care for one another.  For the many children with a background of trauma, abuse and neglect, a loving home and family is just a dream.  But there is hope.  The World Association for Children and Parents ( WACAP) is hard at work, finding adoptive families for them, and they need your help.

The Race for Home 5k Run will be held on May 6th, 2018 at Seward Park in Seattle, WA. By participating in the run (or being a 'Virtual Runner') you will help raise funds to find adoptive families for children and offer lifelong support once they are home.  Through the power of social media and the compassion of others, the goal is to raise over $20,000.

Hawley & Associates is so excited to participate in this years run as The Hawley Roadrunners! Our individual team goal is $500.00. Click here to donate for a great cause!

QUOTE
Spring is nature's way of reminding us that every day is worthy of celebration.
March is  National Social Worker month , and was first es-tablished in March of 1963 by the National Association of Social Workers .  In 1983, it became official by a joint resolution of Congress under President Ronald Reagan.

Social Workers are a big component of the nonprofit world.  Social workers are res-ponsible for helping individuals, families, and groups of people to cope with problems they're facing and to improve their patients' lives.

As Anne Frank so eloquently wrote, "How wonderful if is that nobody need wait a single moment to improve the world".

Our hats are off to you and thank you for all you do to better the lives of so many.
