We held our virtual AGM on Wednesday and appreciated those of you who were able to attend. I completely understand this may not rank high on most people's priority list, but this meeting is an important part of the accountability you are assured as a member. In the past couple of years we've made some significant changes to the operations in order to apply for accreditation. This includes an annual financial review and this year, we updated our bylaws with a few changes to meet compliance with those requirements. They don't change how we're operating for the most part but there was some discussion regarding the need for a dissolution article and we've added another to allow for electronic meetings. As difficult as an electronic meeting can be to provide input - on behalf of the Board, I will extend their appreciation for the contributions made by the members who participated in this regard.
If you are interested in listening to the meeting, it is now posted
