Dear SJND Parents and Students,
Next Sunday, January 26, marks the start of National Catholic Schools Week (CSW), an annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. Catholic schools across the country will highlight and celebrate daily themes, including parish, community, students, nations, vocations, faculty/staff and families.
All are invited to our
Catholic Schools Week Mass
at St. Joseph Basilica this
Sunday, January 26 at 11:30 a.m.
Please join us as we come together to celebrate SJND and St. Joseph Elementary as “One Family.” This is also a great opportunity to meet our new Parish Parochial Administrator, Fr. Mario Rizzo
This year’s CSW theme is "Catholic Schools: Learn. Serve. Lead. Succeed." I am confident that SJND students, faculty and staff embody this theme by instilling our mission every day, which states, “Our faith-filled, diverse and welcoming community embraces the teachings of Jesus Christ. We develop confident, open-minded and effective leaders who are ready to live joyful lives of faith, scholarship and service.”
Have a great week!
Ms. Guevara
Interim Principal
