Asphalt Repair Work today

  • Today (Wednesday 3/13) from 6:30 - 9:00 PM crews will be repairing potholes in the outbound (exit) lane at the Greenwood Gate. We encourage you to use the Ocean Gate tonight from 6:30- 9 PM while this work is in progress. Security will be on site to assist with traffic.
  • The same crew will be working near the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak Road West to repair pot holes in this area.
  • Please use caution when traveling in the work zones.
Boardwalks # 11 and # 12 Impacted by High Tides

  • Boardwalks #11 & #12 were impacted by recent high tides causing sand to wash away at the end of each boardwalk.
  • We have met with the Town and have acquired a permit to shorten each boardwalk by approximately 30 feet.
  • Our contractor will be making these repairs beginning later this week (week of 3/11).
  • Work is expected to take a few days to complete.
  • The boardwalks will remain open while work is taking place.
Beach Walk Repairs Planned at Select Beach Walks

  • Minor concrete repair work to beach walks 11, 16, 17, and 47 will begin today , March 13th.

  • Working hours will be between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
  • We anticipate the work taking approximately 1 week, weather permitting.
  • The beach walks will be accessible during this work, however, we ask that pedestrians proceed with caution around this active work zone.

  • Our quarterly flower rotations began this week.

  • Crews will begin removing the old flowers from CSA managed flower beds. Our process to pull all the old flowers from CSA managed flower beds throughout the community takes anywhere from 4-5 days due to the number of beds we must pull.

  • The flowers will be staged just to the east of the CSA Maintenance yard located at 4 Lawton Canal Road near the CSA Maintenance Building.

  • Once staged, flowers will be available for pick up by Sea Pines Property Owners on a first come, first serve basis.
