Dear Delegate:

Welcome to the 2020 LWVCT Virtual Convention! 

In this email, you will find the details for you to join the Convention on Zoom below. Please be sure to read the instructions carefully.

You will also find links to important items for the Convention. Please review before you attend the Convention so you will be prepared to vote as the delegate for your League.

Please remember that this will be the first time we have held a virtual Convention. Please be patient as we proceed through the business of the meeting. We have prepared as best as we can so that this experience will go as smoothly as possible for you. But as the saying goes...the best laid plans....

The LWVCT Board and Staff hope that this meeting will be enjoyable and informative for you.

NOTE: Zoom has a required security update that will take effect on May 30, 2020 for all users. All that is required is joining the meeting and following any prompts.
2020 LWVCT Convention Zoom Instructions

Please be advised that:
  • ONLY registered Delegates will be admitted to the Convention from the Zoom waiting room.
  • You will be muted and your video turned off for the Convention
  • Questions, Discussion and Comments will only be shared via the Chat function. What you write in the chat box will be read out loud for all delegates to hear. The chat box communications will be saved.
  • There will be someone monitoring the chat box for any technical difficulties or questions.
  • The meeting will be recorded.
  • Speakers presentations will be shared with members after the Convention.
