CSA Maintenance Department Updates
Greenwood Drive Update

  • Irrigation and landscaping work will occur the week of March 9th.
  • Please use caution while driving in these work areas.

Lighthouse Road Reconstruction Update

  • Weather permitting, paving operations on Lighthouse Road will be completed Monday, March 9th - Tuesday, March 10th.
  • Stamping crosswalks, roadway grading, landscaping, roadway reflectors, final striping, etc. work will continue once the final pavement is installed. 
  • Motorists should expect traffic delays through the construction area and are asked to use caution. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic.

Roadside Mulching

  • Please be aware that roadside mulching along Sea Pines Drive will begin the week of March 9th, weather permitting.
  • Flagmen will be present to assist with traffic flow. Drivers should use caution in these designated work zones.

Forest Preserve Vehicular Entrance Update
The railings on the vehicular bridge are currently being improved and modified to a lower height. Over the next few weeks crews will work to complete roadway striping, signage installation, hydro seeding and minor landscaping improvements.

2020 CSA Assessment Reminder
2020 CSA Annual Assessments were mailed out to Sea Pines property owners in December with an extended payable deadline of January 31, 2020. If you have not remitted your payment, please contact Tracey McNeill via email at traceym@csaseapines.com or by phone at 843-671-7812 to make your payment.

Unfortunately, payment plans are no longer being offered. Effective Monday, March 30, 2020, the CSA Finance Department will suspend guest pass privileges for those property owners who have not paid the 2020 CSA annual assessment. Thank you to all of the property owners who remitted payments on time.
Daylight Saving Time Reminder
Spring Forward
Daylight saving time begins at 2:00 am on Sunday, March 8, 2020. Remember to turn your clocks forward one hour when you go to bed on Saturday!
