GOING FORWARD FROM THE PANDEMIC
ULC has launched a new "Faces on the Front Line" image gallery on our  coronavirus resource page . Updated weekly, this new feature will celebrate the amazing work of ULC library team members who are on the front lines of curbside/sidewalk services and community emergency relief efforts. ULC libraries highlighted for this first week include Saint Louis County Library, Vaughan Public Libraries, LA County Library, Kansas City Public Library and Prince George's County Memorial Library System.

ULC's Going Forward from the Pandemic initiative continues to develop. ULC will be contacting action team participants this week with information about initial meetings. We thank our membership for being ready and willing to participate in this initiative as we move forward together to navigate the unprecedented impact of the coronavirus outbreak on our library community.

Here are three ways to stay involved and engaged with your ULC colleagues!
ULC LIBRARIES INNOVATE TO SERVE VULNERABLE POPULATIONS
Now more than ever, public libraries across the U.S. and Canada are taking bold and innovative measures to mitigate the inequitable impact of COVID-19 on children, low-income families, communities of color, people experiencing homelessness and other high-risk populations. In a press release issued earlier this week, ULC highlighted the great work from San José Public Library, Toronto Public Library, Richland Library, Kansas City Public Library, San Francisco Public Library and LA County Library.
