Movie Review: RBG
By Stan Epstein

Ruth Bader Ginsburg is one of the outstanding sitting Supreme Court Justices, but before she became a Justice she argued 7 cases before the United States Supreme Court. She was a familiar face and a welcome figure before the sitting Justices, and she won 6 of the 7 cases she argued before them. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was an engaging young woman and an outstanding student in all of the pre-college, college, and post-graduate schools she attended. Her husband, currently an outstanding tax attorney in New York city, fell in love with her the instant he saw her! They now have been married for over 50 years and are enjoying multiple grandchildren.

RBG is an excellent documentary depicting Associate Justice Ginsburg's early years, up to and including her tenure on the United States Supreme Court.  She was a champion of all women’s causes and primarily responsible for many of the rights that were denied to women for many years. Through the efforts of RBG as a practicing attorney, women enjoy those rights today.

If you can find it playing somewhere, see it!
