Parent Contact Update
-March 2019-

Each month, Parent Contacts receive these updates.
Please feel free to share the information in them with your service coordinator and other families you may know receiving services!
Did you know...

it's time to register for the MEIC Conference? The EIPLP can cover your registration and hotel! You will receive your registration information in the mail in just a few days. It will have everything you need to know to decide if you will be attending, and to get registered. Some workshops fill up very quickly, so the sooner we hear from you the better. If you would not like to attend, please  let Liz know   so that the opportunity can be given to another family from your EI. If you have ANY questions, give us a call at 877-353-4757 or email [email protected]

Did you know...

March is a NCSEAM Family Survey month? If you have been in EI for at least 6 months, and didn't get a survey in October, you may get one this month. Your answers help the Department of Public Health know how your program is giving you information in certain areas.  You can find out more about the survey on the EIPLP website .

Did you know...

that Family TIES of Massachusetts has a directory of resources available for families? It has a huge listing of organizations that support families from birth to age 22. You can view the directory here  on the Family TIES website, or call 800-905-8437 and request a copy!
Did you know...?

The  MA EI Service Delivery Model focuses on supporting child and family outcomes within daily routines at home or community based settings.

We love that you are here!

Parent Contacts are an important part of the Massachusetts Early Intervention System. Parent Contacts are parents and guardians of children currently receiving EI services who volunteer to receive information from the EIPLP and share it with other families. If your child is no longer receiving services, or you no longer wish to be the Parent Contact for your EI program, please let us know by calling
1-877-353-4757 or emailing [email protected] so that we can identify another family from your program.
