Fresh Lavender
Dancing Light Ranch
Fresh lavender is here! If you ever want to learn about different lavender varieties, Don at Dancing Light is the one to ask. This Saturday they will have "Royal Velvet", an English variety with a dark, deep purple color that holds even after drying and "Provence", a paler variety known for its culinary uses.

Pastured Lamb
Naked Acres Farm
In 2018, Naked Acres Farm was the first farm in the Portland area to be certified grassfed by A Greener World for their lamb and beef, and are also certified Animal Welfare Approved. This Saturday they'll have their first lamb of the season - cuts and ground meat! Some cuts will likely be selling out in the next few weeks; you can preorder from them on their website at nakedacrespdx.com.

Elderberry Jun Kombucha
Sacred Summit
Jun (pronounced "joon") is a cousin of kombucha: brewed in a similar way, but a completely different microbial culture. Sacred Summit makes their jun from blends of tea and raw honey, giving it a light, smooth and slightly sweet flavor, as opposed to kombucha's sourness. One of their current rotating flavors is "Immunity", brewed with elderberry, rooibos tea and ginger.
