Don't forget! To be recognized at this year's Young Women of Distinction, a Girl Award Worksheet  must be submitted for each award recipient by  March 15, 2020 .  NO DEADLINE EXTENSIONS CAN BE MADE. Please contact awards@gsgcf.org with any questions.
Bring your friends and family to see what a girl can do at one of five open houses on April 26!  These open houses are a great way to show  a friend how she can participate in the Girl Scout Leadership Experience by:
    • Earning badges in just about everything that piques her interest
    • Exploring the great outdoors
    • Participating in hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)
    • Finding her entrepreneurial spirit and learning financial literacy
    • Carrying out meaningful community service projects
    • Taking the lead in her own life and in the world
Girl Scout Week is just around the corner!  During the week, we encourage girls to take part in  Girl Scouts  Celebrate Faith . This initiative, which includes specially designated days like Girl Scout Sunday, Jummah, and Sabbath, encourages girls to explore the values their faith shares with Girl Scouting.
Join us in celebrating Girl Scout Week by sharing a special bulletin insert with your place of worship and receive a patch .

Girls will dominate Orlando, Florida, and we want you to be a part of it!  G.I.R.L. 2020, October 21-25, 2020 , will draw more than 10,000 go-getters, innovators, risk-takers and leaders in the world.
