Mindfulness

Our minds wander so much that we often don't notice when it is happening. This stops us from being able to enjoy our friends and family and even our work. This training will define mindfulness and help you understand how to learn to live in the moment on purpose. Participants will learn the benefits of incorporating mindfulness into their lives.
