LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME?
There are plenty of reasons to buy a new home. The latest technology. Energy efficiency. Not having to live with somebody else's paint colors. A new home is the chance to have a home that truly fits your life and your style. At The Lakes at Centerra, four home builders provide a variety of floor plans and price points to satisfy every need and every life stage.

And, for the first time, The Lakes at Centerra is offering an opportunity to own a true custom lake view home. In a small, secluded enclave - a single street with fewer than a dozen one-of-a-kind homes - you'll find yourself mere steps from both Hout's Reservoir and Equalizer Lake.  Most of the home sites offer views of the lake. And every home will back to natural green space. Intrigued? Visit The Lakes at Centerra for more information.
