Senior Year-Quarantined
by Abbie Davis

This year, senior year was nothing like it was supposed to be. It was supposed to be the most exciting time of our lives. We worked hard for twelve years to get here and have looked forward to it since we were freshmen. It was OUR turn, and boy were we ready.  Now, instead of sneaking to use social media in class, we are practicing social distancing away from class.   Read more.

*Periodically a student from the Empescope class will write a feature article for The Bulldog Beat.

"I have some model students doing immaculate work, but I want to send a shoutout to ALL of my Environmental Science students . March Mammal Madness Still Going Strong
Students in Mrs. McIntosh and Mrs. Griffin's Biology and AP Biology classes are still staying up to date on March Mammal Madness
outside of the classroom. March Mammal Madness is designed
by a professor at the University of Arizona and uses scientific
research to teach students about animals all over the world and predict battle outcomes from simulated battle scenarios like
"Who would win in a fight, a Camel or a Face Mite?".
Students are keeping up with their brackets digitally and "watching"
as each battle unfolds on the official #MMM2020 twitter

Students may use the Sora app or the Overdrive app,  or they may read through a computer browser.  Please email Mrs. English ( lauri.english@mcschools.org
or Mrs. Bernard (amanda.bernard@mcschools.org for login credentials and assistance.  tinyurl.com/MonroeBooks
P.S. Sora & OverDrive are the same.
