Happy New Year! We are looking forward to a big year for the arts in Placer County. The ACPC is excited to be your advocate in 2020. Your board of directors, Executive Director and team of staff has "hit the ground running" in promoting Tours, events, performing arts and artists of all mediums this year.

Auburn Winter Storytelling Fest
January 25 it's a full day of a variety of Storytelling: children’s stories, a workshop for beginners to learn the art of storytelling, Open Telling hour and the Liar’s Contest, which awards the biggest liar in town with a trophy! All FREE at the General Gomez Art & Event Center, Auburn.
Words & Music
January 10, 2020 it's a night of outstanding music as three celebrated, award-winning songwriters trade their favorite tunes accompanied by virtuoso guitarist Nina Gerber.  Auburn State Theater , Auburn.
Valley Sculpture Association Show
January 6-31, 2020, 10:00 AM - 4:00pm, High Hand Art Gallery proudly hosts a sculpture show. Join the
Artist Reception Sunday, January 12 from 1-3 pm. Closed Mondays.
Theatre Basics Camp
January 9-24: Special camp opportunity, directed by Amanda Duisenberg! Open to children ages 7-13 of all skills levels, including beginners with no previous theatre experience. Participants will learn all aspects of a show including, acting, singing, dancing, and blocking while working on scenes to stage a full production.
