#GetReal About How We Feel
During Mental Health Week (May 4-10, 2020), let’s say more than just “ I’m fine .” Let’s have real conversations with our friends, neighbors and co-workers about how we’re all really doing. We’re in this together. We invite you to join us for a community conversation on May 8, 2020 from 12:30-2:00 pm.

Michel Sorensen from the Saskatchewan Seniors Mechanism & Donna Bowyer from the Canadian Mental Health Association will be zooming with us to talk about the physical and mental affects of social isolation and meaningful connection. It is ok to not be ok, We need to #GetReal about how we feel .

Registration is free & open to those who live in the Prairie Central District

This will be hosted on the ZOOM Platform - you can log in with your phone, computer or tablet or call in with your phone to listen. Access codes will be emailed Friday morning to those pre-registered.  Note: This conversation WILL NOT be recorded for future viewing.
