When we first formed this company in 1991, we wanted to be McHenry County's only full service all commercial brokerage firm. Here we are, 28 years later and expanded geographically into Kane, Lake, western Cook Counties and beyond. Focusing on a geographical niche has been a key to our success. Taking the small with the large assignments has also been a cornerstone of our business philosophy. Trying to be all things to all people is not without its downside. All we have to sell is our time and expertise and when we apply that time and expertise to a piece of business with a low financial payoff, it's about building and adding relationships to our awesome client base. But because we intend to be here for the long run, we spend a certain amount of our time helping smaller clients that most of our competitors wouldn't give the time of day to. We have found that those clients over time often become larger, more profitable clients. They also don't hesitate to refer us to their friends and business associates, which is both gratifying and more rewarding. So we are in it from the multi million dollars deals to the office leases. If we don't think we can help, we will tell you and try to find someone who can assist you. It's the way we roll.

Premier brings Tastee Sushi to Cary

Tasty Sushi has recently opened in Cary at 630 Rt. 14 near the Starbucks and Jewel  in the Cary Square Center. The former Dunkin Donuts end cap  location is approximately 2500 square feet and seats roughly 49 diners.  Kevin Chen, the owner, is an experienced and renowned operator who has also worked at the WOOW Sushi Restaurant on Randall Rd. He brings a style that infuses Japanese, Chinese, and Thai fare. The menu is extensive and has much more than sushi; there is something for just about everyone. The business is open for lunch and will have a liquor license in the future! This is another good restaurant that has chosen Cary as its home, and another business that Premier was able to help find a location and get started.
 
Kevin Kaplan, broker associate with Premier and a lifelong Cary resident, worked with Kevin Chen and looked at several locations. Mr. Chen decided on opening in  Cary because of the strong community. He has plans to have a very successful restaurant and hopes to bring good food to the residents for years to come! The new business is already getting rave reviews, so don't hesitate to try it out!
