Greetings CoC Partners,

The FY 2019 Continuum of Care Local Competition in the Balance of State is under way, and there are some changes from years past. Historically, THN has offered a mandatory webinar to inform prospective applicants of changes to the Continuum of Care Program from year-to-year. We are moving toward what we believe is a more accessible approach to communicating this information to all applicants, including those that do not, or have not received CoC Program Funding in the past.

All potential applicants must either have attended the Funding Webinar on 7/22/2019 or complete the self-paced version of the same information in Litmos and submit the Intent to Apply Form in order to participate in the FY 2019 CoC Program Competition for the TX BoS CoC. Both steps (the webinar or training and the Intent to Apply Form) must be done to participate in the FY 2019 Local Competition for CoC Program Funds in the Texas Balance of State Continuum of Care; Applications will not be considered from agencies that do not follow these steps.
If Your Agency Did Not Attend the CoC Funding Webinar

If a representative of your Agency did not attend the CoC Program Funding Webinar on July 22nd, th e self-paced version of the same information must be completed in order to apply for funding .

Once the training is completed, applicants can submit an Intent to Apply Form by following this link .
 
The course and the Intent to Apply form must be completed by August 2nd at 5:00 PM CDT in order to secure your Agency's eligibility to apply. If you need assistance with submitting the Intent to Apply Form, please contact andrew@thn.org.

If a representative of your Agency was present for the CoC Funding Webinar hosted on July 22nd, 2019 from 2:00pm-4:00pm you are eligible to complete the Intent to Apply Form . This form must be completed by August 2nd at 5:00 PM CDT. If you need assistance with submitting the Intent to Apply Form, please contact andrew@thn.org.
