Attention 4th grade parents:
Updated physicals are required in 4th grade. If your child has had a physical since the beginning of this school year, please send a copy to the nurse's office. Reminder letters will be coming home via backpacks. If their next scheduled appointment is over the summer, please forward the updated form to the Kennedy Middle School nurse's office.
Thank You,

Incoming Kindergarten registration is open.
If you have an incoming K student, you should have received a letter in the mail detailing the full process.
New Families:
Please follow the instructions in your letter to complete the New Student Registration form as soon as possible. Once this form is complete, we will contact you to make an appointment to bring in the required documentation. It is our hope to have all incoming K families come in and submit documentation by Friday, February 15.
After visiting the school, you will need to log back in after 24 hours to complete three more forms.
Natick Preschool Families:
Please do
not
fill out a New Student Registration Form. Log into EZSchool Enroll and complete the NSR-Home Language Survey, NSR-Kindergarten Survey and NSR-Student Health Information. Some Natick Preschool families that enrolled during the last two years may only find the NSR-Kindergarten Survey because you have already filled out the other two forms.
Your child's registration is not complete until all of the required forms mentioned are filled out and submitted in EZSchool Enroll.
