Win the Day: Stress Less and Accomplish More!
Sermon Series...continues through July 18th.
Imagine how much better your life would be if, instead of obsessing over the past or worrying about the future, you set out to win today...and every day thereafter. There are seven powerful habits that can help you turn yesterday's regrets and tomorrow's anxieties into fuel for a better God-Centered today and we have been examining those habits based on Mark Batterson's book, Win the Day.
We discovered that our negative thoughts, "our stinking thinking" prevent us from accomplishing all we can. Then we talked about how we have to take the first step in faith so that God will reveal the second step. There is so much more from this book to unpack. Here's the bottom line.
Yesterday is history.
Tomorrow is a mystery.
Our job is to Win the Day, that's it.
You are always welcome to invite a friend especially now as we can safely gather outside for worship. Come and help us unpack the remaining 5 habits that can help all Christians stress less and accomplish more!
En Agape' Rev. Michael |
