President's Message
We are full steam ahead in 2020 with a busy January already in the books! Last month, we hosted our first program of the year with a Legislative Update featuring a fantastic panel of speakers (and a not too shabby moderator, if I do say so myself). We also held our first leadership retreat which was an excellent opportunity for our new leadership team to discuss our vision, strategic goals and organizational priorities for the next two years. We are committed to continuing the quality programming and leadership development you have come to expect from WTS, as well as continuing to grow and support the next generation of female transportation leaders.

Planning for the D/FW WTS Annual Awards Banquet is also underway. Scheduled on April 24, this year’s theme is “Wine and Dine with the Stars”. I look forward to seeing all your red carpet looks as we celebrate all our award and scholarship winners.

Also, be sure to RSVP for our upcoming program Lidar Technology in Transportation, slated for February 27, and if you haven’t already done so, please consider joining one of our committees so that we can continue to grow the amazing talent we have in our DFW region.

Sincerely,

Brittney Farr, Esq.
