DEM Camp 2021
This year, instead of a multi-day DEM Camp experience, we will be hosting DEM Days, a day long camp session for Middle School students interested in design, engineering, and manufacturing!
 
Sessions will be on June 11th and June 18th. These sessions are open to rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Students can sign up to attend one day! Spots are limited and registration will be open to the public through social media on Friday at 9:00am. Sign up is first-come, first-served. When we reach capacity, the sign up will be closed and a waitlist created.

UGA SBDC Opens New Center with Morehouse College
A new office of the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (UGA SBDC) is coming to the campus of Morehouse College.
 
The project, led by UGA and the Morehouse Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, will support economic growth in Atlanta’s West End neighborhood, as well as the metro area. As the predominant small business outreach organization in Georgia, the SBDC, a state and federally-funded program, provides business owners and prospective entrepreneurs with consulting advice and continuing education classes at 17 current locations statewide. The new UGA SBDC office at Morehouse will open this summer and begin serving small business leaders, prospective owners, and student entrepreneurs, both in-person and online.
