CPA Ontario is currently in search of a Professional Standards Counsel (Regulatory Enforcement Prosecutor) who will be responsible for prosecuting allegations of professional misconduct before the Discipline and Appeal Committees of CPA Ontario and before the courts, providing legal advice to the Complaints Committee, and appointing and overseeing investigators.

The College issues Certificates of Registration, has established a Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice for the profession, and responds to concerns about members through a complaints and discipline process. The College is a not-for-profit organization with a staff of 65 and an annual operating budget of approximately $10M.
We are seeking a collaborative, responsive, fluid bilingual communicator (English and French) accountable for communicating the purpose, values and activities of the College to the public, members and stakeholders through print and digital communications. As a brand ambassador, this position will provide communication advice to other departments in order to uphold the brand, tone and communications style of the College.

As a Professional Conduct Review Officer, and, on behalf of the executive director, you will investigate possible breaches of the Real Estate Act by objectively gathering all relevant facts and safeguarding evidence.
