"I learned that every individual has something to say." - Sarena
"Today was inspiring and funny" I am feeling positive." - Patrick
"Everyone goes through a journey as humans." - Daniel
And from the elders:
"The youth are warm and very kind" They helped me find new views." - Phyllis
"It's great feeling talking to youth!" Ann
"Guess what?" They are people just like me and I'm just like them - just with a few more experiences." - Chris
"The youth have a very positive outlook and know what they need to do." - Freda
Thank you partners Kim at James Bay Activity Center and Emily at Volunteer Victoria. See you 4th Saturdays. Next up: Saturday, December 28 11:00-12:30.

Alana talked with Ken (he is turning 100 this summer), Luella (an original pioneer woman) and her daughter Judy. Alana never wanted to move to another group on this day. The stories were so amazing! Thanks for strengthening our community.

GRADING INFORMATION
If you have mostly Always (14 to 16) you are an excellent listener. If you marked 11 to 13 statements as Always you are a good listener but could use some help in a few areas. If you marked Always for 7 to 10 statements, you are a fair listener. If you marked Always for 4 to 6 statements, you are a poor listener. Less than 4 indicates an extremely poor listener and you need to brush up on your active
listening skills
