Staying In Touch
We know you miss us here at WCC! We’ve heard that loud and clear! And boy does your WCC family miss all of you! While we are "social distancing" we are not "social isolating".

If you or someone you know are in need of help (and it is not an emergency), please call or email us and leave a message. One of our team members will return your call as soon as possible. We can reach out to our amazing community partners to help you find someone to talk to.

Virtual Social Connections
While it’s important for everyone to stay home and practice physical distancing during the COVID-19 outbreak, staying socially connected with family, friends and co-workers is incredibly helpful for everyone’s mental health. Below are a few fun and innovative ideas of how you can be virtually connected for free!

Virtual Movie Night
Group virtual movie nights have always been a thing, but now they’re vital forms of social activity. Some of the options below enable you, your friends and family to watch movies together in a virtual group, so hit play, grab that popcorn and start watching!
Digital Coffee Club
Grab a cup of coffee and make a virtual date with friends, family members or colleagues. Getting cozy at home with a cup of coffee and making a plan for a video chat or phone call with friends can be something fun and exciting to look forward to! In a time where staying home is key, it’s a way to ‘catch up over coffee’ that can bring warmth and connection in more ways than one.
Group Chats & Video Calls
Staying connected is more important now, than ever before. Group chats and video calls are bringing us all closer together socially, in a world where physical distancing is key. Here are some free video chatting and group chat platforms you can use to maintain connection, whether it be with friends, family members or colleagues, while physically distancing during the outbreak.
Virtual Book Clubs & Book Discussions
While many of us deeply appreciate  our tight-knit, in-person book clubs , the benefits to joining an online book club are great. Including, making new friends, leisure of reading from the comfort of your living room, and sharing a passion for reading! With this in mind, have a look at some of these online book clubs. There’s something for everyone!

Blackstone Valley Children's Place
