Your funders want to know that their donation makes a difference. Your team wants to know that the work they are doing truly changes lives. Stories are compelling and engaging ways to communicate your impact. Story plus data will amplify your message. But data can do more than inform, it can also transform. You can use data to advance your organization. In this session we will:

• Identify how to measure both tangible and intangible impact
• Explore Key Performance Indicators
• Look at examples of how organizations are using Key Performance Indicators to advance
• Share examples of dashboards
• Discuss how best to report to your funders
• Learn how to tell your story with data

Audience: Ideally Finance staff should attend with your program person or development person.
