Sun Valley:
We have finally finished our cabinetry displays, see photos below! Next we are getting ready for our Furniture Guild display to arrive and another small showroom renovation.
Tory, Kevin and Heidi are working hard on new projects, sales orders and trying to make the most of our beautiful summer season. In the warehouse, Jeff and Tom are doing a great job at keeping up with all of the deliveries our robust sales have resulted in. We are planning some fun events for the fall, stay tuned for more details…
Jackson:
We hosted a Sip and Scout event for the Scout guide in July and saw a great turnout from the local business community.
We’re excited to see our new Furniture Guild display in August. We’re working to get that and our new Kast display up in our front window display installed right away. Photos to come!
Other News:
Silo Ridge, NY has the opening of our new development-specific new design center at the end of August.
Red Ledges design center in Utah is starting to see some activity.
Our Downtown Bozeman Showroom is currently open by Appointment.

US Olympic Skier Mikaela Shiffrin took another World Cup slalom win in December 2018 in Semmering, Austria,
becoming the first alpine skier to take 15 World Cup wins in a single calendar year.
Maybe it's no coincidence that she chose to ground her personal space with a piece of Austria. Mikaela's new home in Edwards, CO features hardwood floors from Admont, Austria, and Austrian reclaimed timbers, floating shelves, and wall paneling, all from Arrigoni Woods.

Arrigoni Woods is a family-run company based in Vail, CO.
Their vision is to provide a unique experience in wide plank European wood flooring. The type of wood flooring that you would expect to stumble upon in an old farmhouse while traveling throughout the European countryside.
The shelving in Mikaela Shiffrin’s living room was made from panels from a floor of a cow stable in Adelboden. For 100+ years, cows walked over these planks, and gave it a truly unique texture. None of the reclaimed wood used has any finish. Respecting the wood with its natural color, finding the right wood for the right place, it will truly last forever. The wood flooring is from Admont, located in the middle of the Alps. Admont is a small village in Austria, and from there comes the name Admonter. Arrigoni Woods is the exclusive importer for this great wood product, and we’ve represented Admonter for over 20 years!
Arrigoni Woods was thrilled to work with Mikaela, and to be involved in this exciting project, providing high quality European wood and superior service, to achieve the exact vision she had for her home!

Grilled Sirloin and Peach Skewers

Kebabs are perfect party fare this August!
You can marinate the sirloin overnight and prepare the skewers early in the day. Then, fire up your Viking grill and cook the skewers when your guests arrive.
- 1 cup steak sauce
- 1/2 cup peach butter or peach preserves
- 2 pounds sirloin tips, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 large red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
- 2 red bell peppers, seeded and cut into 1 ½-inch squares
- 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and each peach cut into 8 wedges
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 12 long or 24 small wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Combine steak sauce and peach butter or preserves in a small bowl. Combine sirloin and half of peachy steak sauce in a large bowl. (Reserve remaining sauce for serving.) Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
When ready to grill, light indoor or outdoor gas grill and heat on high for 5 minutes. Thread sirloin onto soaked skewers, alternating with peaches, peppers and onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Lightly brush grates of grill with oil. Grill skewers 5 to 7 minutes per side, depending on doneness desired. Remove to a platter and serve with additional steak sauce on the side.
Makes 12 large or 24 small skewers.

Warriors And Quiet Waters:
We were pleased to be asked to support Warriors and Quiet Waters by our industry partners at Williams Plumbing. Williams Plumbing is hosting a charity golf tournament this month and EE is thrilled to be involved with prizes and employee volunteers.
A little about the cause: Through the experience of fly fishing in Montana, Warriors and Quiet Waters is a catalyst for positive change in the lives of post 9/11 combat veterans. WQW provides
a week-long program of fly fishing and relaxation in the peaceful landscape characteristic of the Rocky Mountains. The program relies heavily on volunteers and comes at no cost to the participants.
