Offit Kurman Expansion
into the Southeast
Offit Kurman, one of the fastest-growing law firms in the mid-Atlantic, is strategically expanding into the Southeast by affiliating with one of Charlotte’s oldest and most respected law firms.

Starting September 1, 2019 the attorneys and staff of Horack Talley will be joining Offit Kurman. The affiliation extends Offit Kurman’s geographic footprint to encompass roughly half of the East Coast and lays the foundation for further expansion for the firm. Fifty-one employees of Horack Talley, including 27 lawyers, will become Offit Kurman’s Charlotte office through the affiliation. This move will create a number of new jobs for the local community.
Maryland Business Conditions Soften
Business conditions softened in Maryland in July, according to the results of the most recent survey by the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. The indexes for general business conditions and sales fell from 25 and 10, respectively, to −4 in July. Survey participants were concerned that conditions would remain weak in the coming months. Results suggested a drop in employment but a rise in wages and the average workweek among Maryland firms in July. Firms continued to struggle to find workers with the necessary skills and expected this difficulty to persist in the next six months.

Your copy should address 3 key questions: Who am I writing for? (Audience) Why should they care? (Benefit) What do I want them to do here? (Call-to-Action)

Create a great offer by adding words like "free" "personalized" "complimentary" or "customized." A sense of urgency often helps readers take an action, so think about inserting phrases like "for a limited time only" or "only 7 remaining!"
