Surveying citizens
on 911 services
As part of DEC's recent CALEA accreditation, we are required to survey Richmond citizens on the services we provide. The survey is available to complete online or on paper. Adults who live, work or study in Richmond are eligible to complete the survey and enter the prize drawing for a free, new Ring Video Doorbell 2. DEC employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Please encourage your friends and relatives to complete the survey and share it on your social media, so we can get as many respondents as possible before Aug. 29.
