Commercial Activity Continues Growing on North Safford Avenue
A 13,000 sq. ft. former warehouse building on the Pinellas Trail is undergoing a complete renovation and attracting new tenants to the growing Downtown commercial corridor.  The building is located two blocks north of Tarpon Avenue, across the trail from Brighter Days Brewery, which is under construction with a scheduled opening later this year.
Craft Brewery Coming to the Sponge Docks
Downtown is home to four craft breweries with a fifth on its way, and now the Sponge Docks will see its first craft brewery opening in early fall. Located at 531 Athens St., Five Branches Brewing is veteran-owned and takes its name from the five branches of the military.
