The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum, the Jewish Federation of Dutchess County, and Steven and Stephanie Wasser present an
International Holocaust Remembrance Day performance by the Hevreh Ensemble at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 26, 2020. The ensemble performs compositions with varied instrumentation including Cherokee Native American flutes, clarinet, bass clarinet, oboe, English horn, and world percussion. Slides of pre- and post-Holocaust dances will accompany the composition, "Path of Light." A performance of "Wudeligv" will be accompanied by photos of European synagogues pre- and post-Holocaust. The program will be held in the Henry A. Wallace Center at the FDR Presidential Library and Home.
